11:30-12pm: Group Photo
12-1pm: Lunch
1:00-5:00pm: Free time
5:00-6:00pm: Dinner
6:30-7:30pm: Open Stage

Sunday:
8:00-9:00am: Breakfast

Important Information:
  • Please do not arrive before 5pm on Friday.  Friday's dinner is on your own.
  • A Saturday-only option is available for $85. The cost is the same regardless of what time you arrive on Saturday.​​
  • Limited private motel rooms (Hillside) available upon request
  • If you're bringing youth, you are responsible for the child throughout the weekend
